COVID-19 Business Operations
March 23, 2020
Our top priority is the safety and well-being of our employees, clients, and the communities in which we live and work. While we are committed to the health and safety of our professionals and staff, we also are focused on continued service to our clients. During these unusual circumstances, Myers, Widders, Gibson, Jones & Feingold, LLP will continue to deliver the timely and excellent service our clients are accustomed to.
Here are some of the steps we have implemented:
CONTINUED SERVICE. Effective immediately, our employees will not be in the office and we will not host in-person meetings with clients except under extraordinary circumstances. Our technology ensures that all of our professionals can securely access the Myers, Widders, Gibson, Jones & Feingold secure network remotely. This means that you can communicate with any of our attorneys even if they are not physically in the office, and your client information will be readily accessible to service your needs.
TELEPHONIC OR VIDEO MEETINGS. Through state-of-the-art technology, we have the ability to facilitate video or telephonic conference meetings in lieu of in-office meetings. If you have a previously scheduled appointment in our office in the next few weeks, we will be in touch to arrange for a telephonic or video meeting, or to reschedule the meeting.
OUR COMMITMENT. Most important, we know that during trying times, proactive, two-way communication is critical, along with creative solutions.
Helping our clients navigate the business challenges presented by this situation is a top priority. In each of our practice groups, our lawyers are actively engaged with clients on topics ranging from privacy to litigation to providing employment advice and counsel in connection with necessary changes in the workplace. We are available to you, and we are happy to help work through the implications and challenges you or your business is facing as we work together as a country to halt the spread of COVID-19.
Our focus, dedication, and support are unwavering as we navigate these uncertain times together. We hope you and your loved ones remain safe and healthy. Please reach out to us with any questions.
